Welcome
Welcome!

These collections will, hopefully, give you a flavour for the activities and operation of the mainly steam operated Bala Lake Railway.

The railway is currently home to 5 steam engines, a number of diesels plus an original GWR Signal Box that is often open for inspection.

Bala Lake Railway operates timetabled trains from March to October plus Santa Trains in December.
